Question 1

What is the O-Shot and how does it support intimate wellness for women?

Accepted Answer

The O-Shot is a regenerative therapy using PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) derived from your own blood. When injected into key areas of female intimate tissue, PRP stimulates collagen production, increases sensitivity, enhances natural lubrication, and can improve libido. It is a safe, non-surgical option for women seeking PRP intimate health and vaginal rejuvenation.

Question 2

What is the P-Shot and how does it improve sexual performance for men?

Accepted Answer

The P-Shot uses your own PRP to enhance blood flow, nerve sensitivity, tissue regeneration, and overall penile health. It is commonly chosen by men looking for non-surgical penile rejuvenation, improved erection quality, increased sensitivity, and enhanced sexual performance.

Question 3

How do PRP injections work for intimate health?

Accepted Answer

PRP is rich in growth factors. When injected into targeted tissues, it signals your body to repair, regenerate, and increase blood supply. This improves lubrication, sensitivity, tissue strength, and sexual response for women and men alike.

Question 4

What conditions can the O-Shot help with?

Accepted Answer

Women choose the O-Shot for low libido, vaginal dryness, reduced sensitivity, painful intercourse, mild stress urinary incontinence, and post-menopausal intimate discomfort.

Question 5

What concerns can the P-Shot support in men?

Accepted Answer

Men choose the P-Shot for difficulty maintaining erections, decreased sensitivity, Peyronie’s-like curvature, performance anxiety, tissue thinning or reduced blood flow, and a desire for improved sexual function naturally.

Question 6

How long does the O-Shot last?

Accepted Answer

Most women experience results lasting 12–18 months. Some benefit lasts well beyond this depending on hormonal balance, lifestyle, and overall tissue health. Maintenance treatments are optional every 12–18 months.

Question 7

How long does the P-Shot last?

Accepted Answer

For most men, results last up to 12–18 months, with improvements in erection quality often building gradually over 3 months due to natural tissue regeneration.

Question 8

Is there any downtime after the O-Shot or P-Shot?

Accepted Answer

There is minimal downtime. Patients can return to normal activities immediately. Sexual activity can typically resume within 24 hours, unless advised otherwise by your practitioner.

Question 9

What are the aftercare guidelines for the O-Shot?

Accepted Answer

Aftercare is simple and may include avoiding hot tubs, saunas, and vigorous exercise for 24 hours; staying hydrated; avoiding perfumed products in the intimate area; and following any personalised hormonal or regenerative recommendations given by your clinician.

Question 10

What are the aftercare guidelines for the P-Shot?

Accepted Answer

Men may be recommended to avoid strenuous activity for 24 hours, begin light penile traction, PRP-compatible shockwave therapy, or a pumping protocol if advised, keep the area clean and avoid heat exposure for 24 hours, and resume sexual activity after 24 hours.

Question 11

Are the O-Shot and P-Shot safe treatments?

Accepted Answer

PRP is taken from your own blood, meaning there is no risk of allergic reaction or rejection.

Question 12

Does the O-Shot or P-Shot hurt?

Accepted Answer

Most patients describe the treatment as mildly uncomfortable rather than painful. We use a combination of topical anaesthetic and local numbing injections to ensure the experience is as comfortable as possible.

Question 13

How soon will I notice results?

Accepted Answer

Some patients feel improvement rapidly due to increased blood flow. However, full regenerative benefits typically build gradually over 4–12 weeks as new collagen, nerves, and blood vessels develop.

Question 14

How much does the P-Shot cost in the UK?

Accepted Answer

Costs vary depending on clinic and practitioner experience. We provide transparent pricing during consultation.

Question 15

Who is a good candidate for O-Shot or P-Shot PRP treatment?

Accepted Answer

Ideal candidates include men and women who prefer natural, non-surgical interventions, want improved sexual wellness, seek enhanced sensitivity and performance, experience mild to moderate age-related changes, and want a regenerative approach instead of medication-based options.
